Emma is a political communicator and digital strategist with experience shaping online narratives for political campaigns and elected officials.
Emma currently oversees digital strategy for the Office of Senator Brian Schatz, where she has driven over 31 million views and increased Senator Schatz's followers by more than 120,000. She also facilitated the launch of the office's TikTok account, making Senator Schatz one of the first Senators with an official presence on the platform.
During the 2024 presidential election, Emma was the Harris-Walz campaign's lead platforms strategist for @KamalaHQ on Twitter, Threads, and Truth Social. She helped develop and execute a digital program that generated more than 4 billion impressions and 1.3 million followers in less than five months.
Emma previously worked at the Office of First Lady Dr. Jill Biden, the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, and on Capitol Hill. She is currently pursuing a M.A. in Media and Strategic Communication at the George Washington University, where she previously graduated with a B.A. in Political Communication.
